I have an interest in contract law because it is the life blood of an exhange economy and the heart of business. I am interested in the underlying concepts of risk allocation, expectation fulfilment and the resolution of future uncertainties within a contractual framework. 

In the field of property law I have a good knowledge of the standard contract used in the sale and purchase of land the Property law Act 2007 and the land Transfer Act 2017
